Great training does not begin in the room. It begins long before, with the right questions. If you have ever designed or delivered training and quietly wondered whether it was really addressing what your colleagues or organisation most needed, this workshop is for you.
We have drawn on decades of experience in CBT training development to give you a practical, evidence-informed framework for identifying genuine learning needs, distinguishing training problems from organisational ones, and ensuring the work you invest in designing and delivering training is targeted, justified, and impactful from the outset.
Perhaps you have wondered whether training would fill a gap you have noticed in your service. Or perhaps you have been asked to provide training to your team but are not sure whether, or how, it will result in meaningful changes to colleagues’ work with clients. This is an active, applied session designed for real-world problem-solving, so please bring your current workplace challenges and ideas.
