Note:

• Bookings can only be considered confirmed after we have received your payment or invoicing details, including an official purchase order document.
• If you are booking a workshop place for someone else, you must complete your own details in the billing field and enter the workshop participants name and address in the shipping field.
• Due to limitations on our postal resources, we are unable to accept or despatch Overseas booklet orders that weigh more than 2 kg.
